High Desert Inspection Services
is a professional service that performs
inspections and produces computer generated reports about the condition of
residential properties for buyers and sellers. The main
purpose is to describe observable defects
which may require repair. Maintenance recommendations and
home operating tips are also provided.
My Committment
 I
am dedicated to providing a thorough and professional
inspection as well as educating the client (buyer, seller or
home owner) on the maintenance and operation of all major
home components. My philosophy about real estate is simple:
put myself in your shoes, treat you like family and treat
your money like it was mine. My home inspection provides the
client with an unbiased and professionally prepared report
on the condition of all accessible home components.
My inspection report is detailed, easy to understand and
includes digital photographs of any problem areas which may
need to be carefully reviewed and of areas not normally seen
by most people such as attics and crawl spaces so my clients
can see what those areas look like and what components are
located there. Reports can be delivered by e-mail and/or delivered
in hard copy within twenty-four hours of the inspection. I
am flexible with my scheduling to meet the busy life styles
of today.

Over 20 years of construction experience.

Certified by the State Of Nevada to inspect
residential structures consisting of not more than
four units and commercial structures that measures
not more than 10,000 square feet. |

Member of National Association of Certified Home
Inspectors. |

Member of Nevada Association of Certified Real
Estate Inspectors. |

Continuing education to qualify for re-certification
every two years and to stay in good standing for
membership in home inspector associations.
